A history of the parish of Llanllyfni, Caernarfonshire consisting of 5 volumes in manuscript. 9 pictures, 2 tables and a map are also included.

Administrative / Biographical History

Canon Gwynfryn Richards was the Vicar of Conwy, Caernarfonshire and the author of several books including Yr Hen Fam : ei hanes bore, 1952 and Dathlu canmlwyddiant Eglwys S. Ioan, Talysarn, 1969.

Gwynfryn Richards was the joint winner of a competition in the National Eisteddfod in 1949 in Dolgellau to write a history of any country parish in Wales. He chose to write about the parish of Llanllyfni, Caernarfonshire and Bob Owen, Croesor was one of the adjudicators.
