Lady Beatrix Maud Palmer (d 1950), ne Gascoyne-Cecil, was wife of the 2nd Earl of Selborne. Sir Patrick Duncan (1870-1943) was a South African Statesman and Governor General. Details for Sir Patrick Duncan are given in the Dictionary of National Biography.
