- 1 vol. ([8], 357, [25] pp.), manuscript. Written in a single neat eighteenth-century hand, said to be copied from documents in York, with facsimile signatures by the compiler. All preliminary pages are blank except the title. 384 pp. are ruled in red, but pp.[358]and [364]-end are otherwise blank. The first preliminary page bears a signature "M. Cottam". Bound in contemporary blind stamped calf, rebacked. Some pages are loose.
