Whereas by decree dated 12 August 1664 the Commissioners determined that the Company of Conservators should pay a certain sum to persons authorised by the township of Swavesey to the use of the township in satisfaction of damages sustained, but the warrant was recalled; and whereas it appears to the Commission that certain persons have sustained damage to certain amounts; the Commission allot the amounts named to the persons named; and they also allot land taken from the land at their disposal to the same persons. A list of the names and the land allotted follows. The land with one exception is in Somersham. Subscribed by the Commissioners, Francis North, Francis Kirkham, Christopher Thursby, Sutton Ashfield, Richard Nailour, Thomas Story, John Ferrers, Maurice Tresham. Eight seals are attached.
