Administrative / Biographical History

Monmouthshire Nursing Association was active in the first half of the 20th century. It was transferred to the ownership of Monmouthshire County Council in 1948. Tredegar Nurses Home and Tredegar Maternity Home amalgamated in 1944 as Tredegar Maternity and Nurses' Home.
