This collection was received in October 1981 and given Accession number 1973.
It comprises mainly probate records relating to members of the Cousins family of Oxford, some of whom undertook missionary work in India and Madagascar in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. There are also copies of wills of Adin and Eliza Williams (whose daughter Mary Abigail married Revd William Edward Cousins), as well as a report on estates in India and a brief family tree.
