Scope and Content

Frances Askham of Conington devises her lands, freehold and copyhold, in Fenstanton, Huntingdonshire to her daughter Anne Askham and her heirs for ever; her lands in Willingham, Cambridgeshire, to her daughter Harriot Hatton and her heirs for ever; to her daughters Anne and Harriot a certain sum; to her grandchildren John Hatton and Thomas Dingley Askham Hatton and to each of Sir Thomas Hatton's daughters a certain sum; to Mrs Mary Moody if she lives with her at the time of her death a certain sum; the residue to Sir Thomas Hatton, whom she appoints executor. Witnesses: Susanna Langton, Susannah Langton, William Bloom.
