In consideration of #60 Dorothy Nicolls of Cambridge, widow, and Samuel Nicolls MA of Cambridge quitclaim to John Nicolls of Cambridge MA their remaining interest in two tenements in the parish of All Saints, Cambridge, south of the 'Signe of the Sunne'. The first was leased to Matthew Woodroffe at an annual rent of #5, and the second to Thomas Tompson at the same rent, although the current tenant is one John Cutchie. The interest in question consists of certain reservations inserted into a sale of the property to John Nicolls for #100, dated 20 Dec 1610. Indenture, signed by Samuel Nicols and Dorathie Nichols (her mark), witnessed by Ro Spicer and Richard Godfrey. One seal wanting. Livery of seisin dated 14 Oct 1611, witnessed by Spicer, Godfrey, and John Frysby.
