Mrs E. Wynne Evans (fl. 1964) of Arthog, Merionethshire, had connections with the Lloyd family of Arthog, but appears to have grown up in the vicinity of Sarnau, Llanfor, Merionethshire. She collected historical materials relating to Arthog and Liberal politics.
