• MS Gen 1694/1: Album of presscuttings, cards, photographs and other documents. Includes many items relating to University of Glasgow, Glasgow Artists' War Fund and Scottish National Red Cross Hospital, Kroonstad. 1900-1906
• MS Gen 1694/2: Album of autographs, with photographs and other illustrations. Includes many items relating to University of Glasgow and views of Scottish buildings, etc. 1894-1937
• MS Gen 1964/3: Album of Christmas and other greetings cards. 1877-20th century

Elizabeth Maria Margaret Story was born in 1866 and was generally known as Elma. In 1899 she was elected vice-president of the Lady Artists Club, Glasgow, Scotland, and by 1900 was secretary of the Ladies' Executive Committee of the Scottish National Red Cross Hospital that was situated at Kroonstad, South Africa. She died in 1941.
