Signed and sealed by Hart, witnessed by Ed Randall and William Clarke, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same witnesses. Endorsed in blue crayon: 'Cambridge'. Further endorsed with a memorandum declaring that one half of the premises described is vested in Revd John Osborne Seager and Revd Richard William Gleadowe, trustees under the settlement made previous to the marriage of Revd Thomas Littlewood Gleadowe to Harriett Anderson, co-heiress of the above-mentioned William Anderson, while the other half is vested in Revd Walter John Spring Casborne as trustee for the other co-heiress, Mary Lofft, dated 29 Apr 1843 and signed by the Gleadowe's solicitor Ja Moore.
