Indenture between William Finch, yeoman, of Braintree, Essex, son and heir of Johan Finch, deceased, by William Finch, deceased, which said Johan was one of the daughters of William Debnam, late of Bradwell next Coggeshall, yeoman, deceased, of the one part and Robert Townsend of Gt. Coggeshall, Essex, of the other part. William Finch for 5/- paid him by R. Townsend hath bargained and sold ... all that messuage etc. and a close adjoining called Great Algores and a piece of land called Little Algores, now in occupation of Thomas Unwyn, and another freehold land and tenement, all in Bradwell ... for 6 months ... at a peppercorn rent ... to convert use into possession ... Signed by William Finch, his mark. Witnessed by Thomas Unwin and Thos. Cooper.
