To be held of Richard and his heirs to John, his heirs, assigns, vendees or assignees. Reserving annual rent of one penny at Christmas for all services other than royal service. Warranty against Christians and Jews. Deed poll, witnessed by John de Ca[u?]nne, Andrew de Hauvile, Henry de Berewik', Hugh son of Michael, Walter le Harepur, William de Haverhulle, Michael de la Strete, Simon de Hawnes, Roger clerk, and many others. Tag, seal wanting. Endorsed: '+', and in a modern hand: 'No 127'; '29216' cancelled.
