Scope and Content

John Minet Lord Henniker and John Chafy of Walcot Place, Lambeth, esq, covenant to produce specified title deeds, affidavits and certificates in their keeping at the request of Rosalinda Foss, late of Stockwell but now of Muswell Hill, widow, Capt John Thompson RN, of Connaught Square, Maria Thompson his wife, and Thomas Wilson of Montague St, Portman Square, gent, relating to reclaimed land in Hall Fen, Coveney and Witcham, Cambridgeshire. Rosalinda Foss and Maria Thompson are the only surviving children of Daniel and Mary Hamiul of Dublin and London. Counterpart, signed and sealed by Henniker and John Chafy, duty stamp, witnessed by John Henniker of Thornham Magna, Suffolk, and W R Cole, clerk to John Cole of Serjeants' Inn.
