Very little manuscript material remains from Clark's long career in anatomy. There are personal diaries, 1937-1971, journals of journeys abroad, some personal correspondence, and a few drafts for publications. There is also a little material relating to Clark's brother Cyril, Chief Secretary of British North Borneo, who was held prisoner during the Second World War and killed by the Japanese in 1945.
