Scope and Content

Whereas by Indenture of Sale dated 27 July 1671 [Doc 271] Thomas Neale of Warnford, Hampshire, sold to Samuell Reynardson of London certain land in the above parishes; and whereas several deeds in the custody of Thomas Neale concern other lands as well as those in question; Thomas Neale agrees to produce the deeds in question at the request of Samuell Reynardson or his representatives and to give him copies. Witnesses: Jeffrey Willan, William Daynes, Scrivener, Robert Rogers, his servant. Attached is a schedule of the deeds in question, which are eleven in number, and date from 1614 to 1668. One seal is attached.
