With a receipt for the sum of #454 16s 2d received from Lord Cornwallis as settlement of expenses incurred in relation to his installation (including a ten-guinea fee to the Chancellor's secretary for the above dispensation), dated 4 June 1801, and signed by Isaac Heard 'Garter'; duty stamp.
