Frank Noel Keen 1869-1957

Keen was educated at the City of London School. He trained as an accountant, qualifying at the Final Examination Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (Certificate of Merit), 1892; LLB (Lond.) 1897. He was called to the Bar, Middle Temple, 1897. Keen retired from active practice, September 1954. He was one of the founders of the League of Nations Society, 1915, and was a member of its Executive, 1915-1918. He was also a member of the League of Nations Union Executive, 1918-1928.
