Administrative / Biographical History

William K. Rose, Lieutenant, RFC (Royal Flying Corps) and RAF (Royal Air Force), served as a Pilot with No. 7 Squadron in occupied Germany, 1918-1919. Later, he served with No. 4 Squadron at Farnborough.
