Scope and Content

Thomas Sheppard of Amport, Hampshire, on behalf of the President and Scholars of Magdelen College, Oxford, sells to David Urquhart of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, certain timber in Bradwell, Suffolk, the consideration money to be paid in instalments by certain dates, no more than a certain number of trees to be disposed of yearly until the payments are complete. Each party binds himself to the other in a certain sum. Witnesses: John Wallis, William Worship junior. Two seals are attached.
