Administrative / Biographical History
John Price was the son and heir of Ellis Price of Boch yr hayad. He married Anne, daughter of Robert ap Richard of Pryssor, in 1632. They had a daughter, Gaynor, who married Robert Price of Bochyrhayader in 1670. Their son, also named Robert Price, of Llanfylling, Montgomeryshire, was a tanner. The family owned land in Llanycil, Merionethshire.
