Extent:iii, 129 ff. (f. 28 verso left blank by scribe; ff. i-ii and 128-129 are modern paper flyleaves; ff. 1-4 and 127 are leaves from other medieval manuscripts reused as flyleaves, perhaps in the 15 cent.) : parchment ; 310 x 215 mm., except quire 16, which is c. 255 x c. 175 mm. Repaired and re-bound in new covers at NLW in 2007: bound on five twisted double linen sewing supports, in white alum tawed calfskin over quarter-cut cushioned oak boards, with twin cored headbands with back beads over linen cord cores; endpapers of alum tawed calfskin glued to vellum bifolia, and endpaper joints infilled with cotton museum mounting board and lined with archive text paper and panels of calf vellum; housed in a drop back box of archival millboard, covered with buckram and lined with polyester felt. The old covers are now NLW MS 17110iiE
