(c. 135 x 85-95 mm.). Calf, blind-tooled, [19 cent.]. On maroon lettering-pieces: 'GALFRIDUS MONAMUTENSIS [sic] / M.S. VELLUM SÆ XIV. / No. 17 / PORKINGTON LIBRARY'. On f. iv there is offset writing apparently from an earlier pastedown. The sixteenth-century paper flyleaves (ff. iv-v) suggest that the manuscript was rebound at that time

(written space 210 x 130 mm.; in folio format, heavily and crudely cropped) Bound in buckram at NLW, after 1994; previously disbound. Originally sewn on three bands, sewing thread remained in 1994. Stab holes in the inner margin, also with thread remaining in them (in 1994)
