Plan 1 is entitled Zone IV Wrightington Hospital, and is annotated to show the theatre which has been modified to include the enclosure and laminar flow development, designed by James Howorth and Co. 1987.

Plan 2 is entitled Proposed Lighting Upgrade (Lighting Layout), Hip Centre Wrightington Hospital and is annotated, 1981.

Plan 3 is entitled Plan, Wrightington Hospital, and the hip centre, theatres and wards are annotated, 1989.
