The volume comprises two manuscript works:

  • Folio 1: A roll of the nobility of England, 1696, as it was then delivered into the House of Lords by King at Arms;
  • Folio 6: Remembrances for Order and Decency to be kept in the Upper House of Parliament by the Lords, etc.

Purchased by Mrs Enriqueta Rylands, on behalf of the John Rylands Library, in 1901 from James Ludovic Lindsay, 26th Earl of Crawford.
