Tips/Recommendations

  • Think about your user and what they will need to do or know before they come and visit your archive

  • Only repeat this field at the component level if you have different content to add. If the whole collection is open then do not repeat for every component.

  • If you include an an email address, remember to include the prefix "mailto:" within the <extref>, otherwise a browser will treat this as an ordinary link to another webpage
