• Lobnitz & Co Ltd 1900-1934;
• William Simons & Co Ltd 1926-1960.

In 1963 Alexander Stephen & Sons Ltd, shipbuilders and engineers, acquired the assets and goodwill of Simons-Lobnitz Ltd, which had itself been formed by the merger of William Simons & Co Ltd, shipbuilders, with Lobnitz & Co Ltd, shipbuilders, in 1959.

This material is arranged into series according to the company to which they relate.
