Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
The Bridge of Allan Brewery (Company No SC199519) was established by the proprietor Douglas Ross , in August 1997 as a micro-brewery, and was incorporated in 1999 . The company previously traded as Beers Ecosse Ltd . It is based in the Victorian spa town of Bridge of Allan, near the banks of the river Allan, and between the Wallace Monument and Stirling castle. It has its own visitor centre and brewery shop. More information can be found on their website.
