Administrative / Biographical History

The Edinburgh Pubs Photographic Project was undertaken by Tom Cook, a member of the Scottish Brewing Archive. Mr Cook wanted to create a physical record of the pubs of Edinburgh at the turn of the 21st century. Over the course of May to December 2000, he took 378 photographs of pubs across Edinburgh.
