  • Rigging plan for paddle steamer "Lady Mary", Clyde Shipbuilding and Engineering Co (formerly Blackwood and Gordon), c1868
  • Rigging plan for coaster "Aggie" (unidentified builder), c1890s
  • Rigging plan for paddle steamer "Alexandra", no 188 (built by Scotts’ Shipbuilding and Engineering Co Ltd), 1879
  • Rigging plan for "State of California", (built by Alexander Stephens and Sons). Ship no 329, 1891

Administrative / Biographical History

This artificial collection of ship plans (mainly rigging plans) for Clyde-built ships was originally held by the Special Collections department of the Mitchell Library, then transferred to Glasgow City Archives, before coming to University of Glasgow Archive Services.
