Records of Stoddard International plc, Design Archive, Contemporary Random Panel Design

Scope and Content

Medium and large sized design sketches and design patterns from around the 1970s-1980s. Designs mainly feature floral and Persian style patterns, though there are also some distinctly modern geometric designs, often in quite vivid, bright colours. Some of the design patterns are in the format of colour photographs, rather than being hand painted, and there are one or two which are different coloured versions of the same design.

This description is part of the Design Archive  which is divided into the 142 sections, each with its own separate description.
