Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
The Hillhead Album project resulted in a book entitled The Hillhead Album to preserve a mainly pictorial record of the Hillhead area, in Glasgow. The book explores a number of prominant people connected with the Hillhead area, as well as key sites and streets. It was the wishes of Dr Charles A Hepburn and Henry Brougham Morton, both born in Hillhead, to make such a book available. Dr Hepburn died in 1971 before the book was published in 1973 .
