RMD Property Co Ltd was incorporated as a private limited company in 1953  . The object of RMD Property Co Ltd was to acquire the heritable property of 34-40 Milnpark Street, Kinning Park, Glasgow, for use by Percy & Halden Ltd , lubricant manufacturers, Glasgow. The property was acquired in 1953  and in 1956  it was moved to have the property condemned and demolished. The company made a financial loss but demolition finally until the property was demolished in 1959  . In 1960  , the site was sold to Percy & Halden Ltd, along with all RMD Property Co Ltd assets and the company ceased to trade, finally being wound-up in c1977  .
