Costume sketch for Eyes Wide Shut.
Costume design is integral to creating characters. The Stanley Kubrick Archive includes concept designs and material fragments for several of Kubrick's films. There are also costume tests [where the costumes are photographed from front, side and back] and some of the costumes worn. Costumes from the following films are included: Eyes Wide Shut, Barry Lyndon, and The Shining. With costume tests for: Aryan Papers [never made]; 2001: A Space Odyssey; and Eyes Wide Shut.
