How to contribute spreadsheet records

Archives Hub provides an Excel Spreadsheet template for cataloguing. You can download the template as an .xlsx file here:

Once you have filled in a template for each of your descriptions, contact us and we will create you a data sharing folder to upload them to. We will then transform the spreadsheets and publish the descriptions on Archives Hub.

The National Archives 'Manage Your Collections' template

If you are planning to use (or already use) the National Archive's Manage Your Collections service, get in touch with us to see if we can publish your MYC spreadsheets.
