The Cefnfaes Estate in Bethesda, Caernarfonshire, according to the compiler of this list, was administered by W.J. Parry of Coetmor Hall.
William John Parry of Coetmor, labour leader and author, was born on the 28 September 1842 in Bethesda, Caernarfonshire. He took a prominent part in the creation of the North Wales Quarryman's Union in 1874 and became its first secretary. Later he became its president for some years. He died in 1927.
The document was compiled by an agent of the Penrhyn Estate.
A list of the public houses on the Cefnfaes Estate in Bethesda. It includes the names of the tenants, their creed, politics and other remarks.
