The Looper ride was a very early novelty that propelled passengers through 360 degrees. Shown here in the 1960s at a time when people were a little unsure of the benefits of white knuckle rides. The venue, Loughborough, is a famous 'back-end' Charter Fair that was traditionally the final large fair of a long season.
