Administrative / Biographical History
Herbert Haufrecht (b1909), musicologist, arranger of folk music, published several items, including Folk songs in settings by master composers (with a preface by Virgil Thompson, 1970), and Folk songs of the Catskills (edited and annotated with Norman Cazden and Norman Studer, 1982).
