- Physical Description1 vol. (134 pp.) Appparently a made-up volume: pagination probably early 19th century, replacing a contemporary foliation in two sequences. Bound in as end-papers at front and back, and included in the pagination, are stout paper wrappers. Because the original sewing holes do not coincide, the front end-papers probably come from another but related volume. 18th-century inscription on back end-papers refers to a lacuna revealed in the second sequence of the original foliation.
