Administrative / Biographical History
Cecil Henry Hart, a Private, 1st Battalion, London Scottish Regiment, from 1911, served on the Western Front from Sep. 1914, was wounded and captured, 31 Oct. 1914, and held as a POW (Prisoner of War) at Konstanz, later in Switzerland.
