      1 vol. (2, 15, 1 ff.), typescript, with 1 manuscript letter inserted In dark green leather covers with green ribbon. The title of the work is typed on a piece of paper stuck to the front cover. The manuscript letter is held in a pocket stuck to the inside back cover, with the typed note "Letter from G.W. Miller to Sir Edmund Gosse 25-4-23".

Scope and Content

The main text of the Governor's advice is preceded by an explanatory foreword signed by G.W.M., probably George W. Miller, the author of the letter to Gosse. The typescript was prepared by Miss Ashworth, 28 Victoria Street, [London] S.W.
