Printed circular from the Honorary Secretaries of the Obstetrical Society of London, J Braxton Hicks and A Meadows, requesting items for a proposed exhibition of ‘instruments and appliances used in obstetrical practices’ at a Conversazione to be held in March 1866, to be divided into midwifery instruments, investigation and treatment of women’s diseases, management of infants, and miscellaneous.
