Scottish Brewing Archive

The Scottish Brewing Archive was established in 1982 to collect and preserve the records of the brewing industry in Scotland. It is funded by the industry and is administered by a Board of Trustees. Since 1991 it has been housed within Glasgow University Archives and Business Records Centre.

The Scottish Brewing Archive holds records for over 120 companies including breweries, maltings, cooperages, trade associations and some licensed premises.
